CIRCUIT DIAGRAM
How Circuit Works?
Filter Circuit
Here , the two resistors and a capacitor together form a filter circuit. It drops down the Voltage .
This filter circuit consist of a resistor R1 (22Ω/1W) connected in series with a parallel circuit of resistor R2 (1MΩ/0.25W) and capacitor C1 (0.22μF/400V). This circuit drops down the high voltage to a low voltage. So, for filtering the AC High voltage a series connection of Resistor and RC circuit is used.
Bridge Rectifier Circuit
The Load
Load in this circuit is the 25 LEDs connected in series with each other and connected with the bridge rectifier circuit. The Load strip completes the circuit.

How AC mains operated LED lamp can be used?
- Use the same technique and circuit next time for decorative lighting process during DIWALI and other festivals.
- Use it for decorating your room and other places
Precautionary Note :
WORKING WITH AC MAINS MIGHT BE DANGEROUS. KEEP IN MIND THE LAWS OF INSULATION AND WORK CAREFULLY ON 230V POWER SUPPLY.
